Use soap dishes

To make your soap last longer, use a soap dish that has slots or holes to drain the excess water. This will allow the soap to stay in contact with air and last longer. We carry solid oak soap dishes that are a perfect match with our soaps.

Refriregate

Old fashioned cold process soaps (like our own) stay fresh about one year without any preservatives. You may extend its life by storing them in a refrigerator. Soap is like a good wine, it gets better by age, because it "cures" making it even harder and more long lasting and milder to use.
