Let me introduce myself, my name is Paivi Grogan. I was born and raised in a country of the midnight sun, thousands of lakes, snowy winters, and a long tradition in sauna bathing: Finland.

I have been making soap as long as I can remember. Making soap in the old fashioned way (from scratch) is a fun way to combine science with art. I like to use goat's milk, because it adds nutrients and naturally lowers the PH level of soap. Over the years I've experimented with many luxurious plant based oils and butters and through research have come up with a formula that many of my loyal customers thank me for.

In the Fall of 2009, I decided to further my education and became a full time student. Juggling between school, work and family unfortunately has forced me to scale back my soapmaking. I'm taking this break as an opportunity to recharge and within few years' time to indulge you with luxurious new soaps!
